Returns

At NX Sabers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund.

Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed between November 1st and December 20th qualify for an extended holiday return period, allowing returns until January 15th of the following year.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, specifying which item(s) you’d like to return.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. While some packaging wear due to shipping is understandable, items must be undamaged and fully functional.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email. You must send the return package within 15 days of receiving the return label for it to be valid.

Return Shipping Fees

For U.S. orders: NX Sabers covers the cost of return shipping.
For international orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and depending on your bank, it may take 1-5 business daysto reflect in your account.

Warranty Policy

NX Sabers products come with a limited warranty to ensure their quality and durability.

New products include a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Refurbished or pre-owned items come with a 90-day limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, NX Sabers will repair or replace products found to have material or workmanship defects.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic marks, blade wear)
Battery degradation over time
Damage from misuse, impacts, or unauthorized modifications

If you feel your product did not perform as expected, please contact us—we value customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution.

How to Request Warranty Service

To start a warranty claim, contact us with:

Your order number
Your name and shipping address
A description of the issue
Photos or video demonstrating the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within one business day. In most cases, we can resolve issues remotely through troubleshooting. If necessary, we will provide instructions for sending your item for repair or replacement.

Warranty Shipping

U.S. customers: Both return and replacement shipping are covered by NX Sabers.
International customers: Customers must cover return shipping, but NX Sabers will provide free shipping for the replacement product.

Order Cancellations

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a return instead.

Refund Processing for Cancellations

Once your order is canceled, a refund will be issued within 2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.

The anakin se saber is absolutely beautiful. The snv4 pro soundboard is unlike any saber i've ever used, this is my first "real" saber and i couldn't be happier. The store's communication was fantastic, quick to answer all my questions and even assisted with special ordering extra parts. The saber was on back order when i placed my order but it still arrived two days ahead of the estimated date provided by customer service. I think i've started an addiction and will almost definitely be buying more savers from this store. I think i need the ahsoka and obi-wan hilts now.

To say i was skeptical would be an understatement, but when it it arrived it not only showed up well packaged but also was exactly what they said it was.

I got the sn-pixel v4 pro, this is a neopixal blade unlike the others that are just hallow light up blades. I have plenty of video of it now, but doesn't really let me send video, so apologies for the picture only

the sword is nice I replaced the blade with a better quality and longer one. The bottom blade is quite flexible, it can completely resist heavy duels.
The sleeve is long and fits perfectly with 2 large hands. The sound is good but without more (6/10)

Good repro light saber for the price. Blade is short, but the description shows this. I was expecting it to be short, and it will make a good prop for a cosplay when mobility is a factor.

This was my first order from AliExpress, and specifically X-TREXSABER. The lightsaber came well packaged in a really cool case. It was simple to disassemble, charge, reassemble and then attach the blades. You have to be careful not to lose the screws as they are small, but they're easy to screw into place.

There are so many sounds, blade types and activation effects. I was blown away by the amount! I had to cycle through a few to get to Maul's sound effect, but the quality is so good and there's loads to choose from.

Super metal handle several colors. I recommend
